What the floor to yourself actually buys.

A VPS gives you a guaranteed slice of a machine. That is genuinely enough for most things, and it is what we would recommend to most people. But the guarantee is about processor and memory — the disk heads, the memory bus and the network card are still shared with whoever else is on that host, and they are fine right up until one of them starts a backup at four in the afternoon.

Bare metal removes the question. There is no hypervisor between you and the hardware, so there is no virtualisation overhead and nothing to steal a cycle. You get every core the processor has, which matters a great deal if you are running anything licensed per physical core, and you get the whole disk queue, which is usually what people actually mean when they say a database feels slow.

Pick the memory, then the disk.

Five bands, cut by memory, because it is the one specification that does not vary inside a band — so the machines within each differ only in the things worth comparing. Four things to know before you buy one.

  1. There is no Indian datacentre in this catalog. Every machine on this page sits abroad, and the nearest is Singapore at roughly 70 milliseconds. If your users are in India and the workload is interactive, a VPS in Mumbai will feel faster than anything here, and we would rather say so now than after you have paid.
  2. It takes 24 hours, not ninety seconds. A physical machine has to be allocated, racked and cabled by somebody. That is the same figure on all 103 configurations and it is not a queue we are hiding behind. If you need something running this afternoon, you want a VPS.
  3. It arrives with no operating system. Not a choice of one — none. Every configuration in this catalog is delivered bare. You install what you want, or you tell us before we order the machine and it is running when you first log in. This is the honest reason our done-for-you rate is worth more here than on VPS.
  4. It is monthly, and it does not resize. There is no hourly bare metal, because somebody has to rack it either way. And a physical server cannot grow — moving up a size is a new machine and a migration, not a reboot. Which is worth thinking about honestly now rather than in six months.

What is actually different from a VPS?

Singapore is the nearest at roughly seventy milliseconds from an Indian metro. How long does it take to get one?

Twenty-four hours, and that figure is the same on all one hundred and three configurations. It is not a queue we are hiding behind — a physical machine has to be allocated, racked and cabled, and that is how long it takes. If you need something running this afternoon, that is a VPS.

Does it come with an operating system?

No. Every configuration in this catalog is delivered bare, with no OS installed at all. Can you set it up for me?

Yes, and on bare metal we would usually suggest it. Installing the operating system, hardening it, configuring the firewall and RAID where the machine supports it, migrating whatever you are running now, and installing the stack on top — including AI agents like Hermes or OpenClaw. It is quoted per machine rather than a fixed fee, because the work genuinely differs between a single web server and a virtualisation host.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Every configuration on this page has a zero installation fee, which we can say flatly because it is a field in the catalog rather than a policy we are choosing. The monthly price is the price.

Why do some machines not state a processor?

Because our supplier’s catalog does not state one for them. Eight configurations, all in Canada, come through with the processor field empty. Rather than guess or quietly hide those machines, they are listed with the field marked — ask and we will confirm the exact processor in writing before you commit to anything.

Why is a 128 GB machine sometimes cheaper than a 64 GB one?

Because the disk does most of the pricing, not the memory. A 64 GB machine with 900 GB of NVMe can cost more than a 128 GB machine with spinning disks, and both are correct prices. It is worth reading across the bands rather than assuming the expensive one is the better machine for your job — if you are memory-bound, the cheaper band may genuinely be the right answer.

Is the bandwidth figure a monthly allowance?

No — it is port speed, in megabits per second, and it ranges from 100 to 500 depending on the configuration. It is how fast the machine can talk, not how much it is allowed to say in a month. If you have a specific monthly transfer requirement, tell us and we will get it confirmed for the exact machine.

What happens if the hardware fails?

The facility replaces the failed component and we chase it on your behalf. We are not going to print a replacement time here as though it were our own guarantee, because it is not — it belongs to the datacentre. What we will do is get the specific commitment for the machine you are looking at, in writing, before you order it. If your workload cannot survive a single machine being down, the honest answer is two machines, and we will price that instead.

Can I move to a bigger machine later?

Yes, but it is a migration rather than a resize. A physical server cannot grow, so moving up means a new machine, your data copied across and a cutover — which is exactly why it is worth being honest about the size you need now. We run both in parallel while you check, then move the DNS out of hours.

Monthly, or can I pay hourly?

Monthly only. There is no hourly bare metal in this catalog, and there is not really such a thing as an hourly physical machine — somebody has to rack it either way. If you want to pay by the hour for compute, the GPU page is billed hourly and at cost.

Do the prices include GST?

Not applicable — we are not GST registered, so no GST is added to anything on this site. The price on the card is the price you pay. It also means we cannot issue a GST invoice, so if your business needs one for input credit, tell us before you order.

How do I pay?
